We believe in companies embedding this into their culture and so therfore have made it our mission to help Directors and HR professionals lead on this. Or we can do it for you. What we will do is give you insight into what is working well, what support might be required and a strategy on how best to go about it.

We have found that each of our own individiual True Wellbeing, is achieved by taking into account our actions, our emotions and all that stimulates us. We therefore can get the best and most from these by connecting what feels best to us in realtion to Mind Body and Environment.
Our (and your) most important priority and aim is for you to find a strategy that is right for you – as an individual and / or as part of a collective. Together we will find ways to help you overcome any struggles you have, manage and alleviate your stresses and to assist you in forming real connections with others to create a sesnse of belonging.
Let us start with that all-important Mind/Body connection! Personalise your life and plan for it by learning about where you are at the moment. If you are motivated to make bodily, mental or social connections in your life, get some support in doing so. That may take the form of an intial yoga class or simply a chat. Whatever your inclination - there are some great options to discover which direction you might go.
We recognise that when we are low or uncomfortable, isolation is the default; we will help you find a different response. Enjoy and relax into an environment where you can feel comfortable with sharing and with being – where you will be accepted and can belong regardless of who you are or how you feel – where there are no expectations to live up to.
Wellbeing is something we work towards but is never ‘achieved’. It is fluid and is present within our mindset, our feelings and our behaviour. We cannot control everything but we can choose to see and make the best out of any situation. We will empower you to see the positives and the beauty in everything, even from a dark place.
True Wellbeing is a reminder to slowly invest more in yourself and to see beauty in the process. We break it down and teach you small tweaks and habit changes that can break a cycle and free you from the feeling of being ‘stuck in a rut’. This way you will gain the skills to progress yourself and not base that idea of ‘better’ on what others think or expect. True Wellbeing is dedicated to promoting self-worth and value.
True Wellbeing was founded to make the world of wellbeing, accessible, relevant to you and to give context meaning to the term itself. Today's society means that we live at a fast pace, we are subjected to a lot of mixed messages about our diet, exercise and what and how we should think -our aim is to make it more relevant to you, more digestible and not so intimidating to think that you can't just make a start or pick up any habits that you may have already started.
We don't want to change YOU! YOU are perfect as you are. What we would like is for you to realise your potential, acheive your goals and help you form healthy new habits that you can integrate easily into your daily life.
We deal with a range of topics from nutrition to movement, from environment to social, with each incorporating a huge host of information on self-talk and self-care.

We know all about experiencing poor mental health and our overall aim is to not only ensure that every person has the tools and information to look after their own wellbeing, but also provide hope and support to those who are struggling with their own mental health.
Societal, political and cultural factors contribute to poor mental health and have actually led to increased levels of stress, depression and suicide. It is the aim of True Wellbeing to raise awareness that there is help out there and encourage people to speak to someone about their issues sooner rather than later. It can be intimidating to do this so if we can go even a tiny way to lessening the stigma around talking, then we should do so.
We truly believe that by making platforms for people to connect on, then we can change many many lives. People are invited to share their own experiences, listen to others' or just drop in for a read at any given time.

True Wellbeing can support you in so many ways, by helping you declutter your mind, body and environment to stay goal-focussed and task-oriented. I was at a crossroads, and had been unsure of which direction to take, finding the lack of available opportunities in this time of crisis to be somewhat overwhelming. Anna took me through a series of questions, helping to navigate the maze by empowering me to decide which doors to close and which to leave open.

Anna came in before lockdown and we had started to talk about one of her corporate wellbeing programmes as we wanted the staff to feel like they were supported. We had been having a high rate of absenteeism and thought we should deal with this from a company wide perspective rather than target individuals.
We created a programme together with True Wellbeing and had lots of input to compliment Anna’s suggestions – she encouraged this as highlighted how we know our company best. It really opened our own eyes to where we currently were.
When lockdown began, Anna was always available to give us help and advise about how to manage the mental wellbeing of those furloughed and all groups – identifying that there would be some who may need more assistance than others.
TWB have now provided us with a structured and detailed plan for when we return to work and how to manage ourselves, logistics, the teams and individual scenarios as and when they arrive.

I had the pleasure to be guided through yoga and meditation by Anna during a 7-day private yoga charter through Croatia. As an advanced yoga practitioner, I have to say that I was beyond pleased with Anna’s experience, preparation, dedication, and love for yoga. Anna’s cues for each pose were very easy to follow and she provided the adequate space for all levels of practitioners. Her classes were themed every day and she paid attention to the flow of the sequence not only from the poses but also the tone of her voice – which made the classes not only physically appealing but also very spiritual. I have been a long-time yoga practitioner and was very pleased with Anna’s classes. In addition to yoga asanas, Anna dedicated an hour every day to providing guided meditations that were soothing and easy to follow – you could have found us meditating from an ocean front park to the bow of the sailboat. I am beyond grateful to have sent 7 great days practicing asanas and getting connected with myself through the beautiful work of Anna. Above and beyond all of that – She’s a really cool chick and I’m now happy to call her my friend.

Was new to the gym so tried most different evening yoga classes. I find Anna's class the most well rounded practice. She is very clear when talking though the flow, explaining postures so you feel confident you are strengthening your body correctly.
