When we think of stress, we think about it being unhealthy and detrimental but it is actually a natural bodily response to a threat or demand. The stress can come from any type of stimuli but the one we are most collectively aware of is from our work demands. Stress only becomes negative when we are overloaded by these demands. If we learn to examine our stresses from a new perspective we can learn from them. With this shift we can harness the energy differently so that it is more productive.
How we eat and we think about our food plays a huge part in lives. Worst case; we can become unhealthily addicted to certain foods or even the processes which govern our eating habits. One of the best ways to get the most that we possibly can from our lives is to determine and implement a good food routine. This is not a idea plan. This is an investigation into our mindset around eating and how you really have your cake and eat it! Lunch is on you boss ;)
